Read to Soar is a free, eight-session reading program for children ages birth to 5 and their parents or caregivers. The program is offered to Cenla residents to help prepare young children for school success by cultivating a love for reading long before they set foot in a classroom. Registration is required.

Dates/Times: Tuesdays from 4:15 - 6:15 p.m., on September 12, 19, 26, October 3, 10, 17, 24, and November 7, 2023
Location: Ball Elementary School; 89 Camp Livingston Road in Ball.
